November 25, 2012

This week I went to the Bishop's Storehouse on Monday and Tuesday. I went to the temple Wednesday morning. It was a good experience for me to be able to go do temple work for my ancestors that I found doing family history research in Salt Lake City. I love the feeling when I go to the temple I am so grateful for the temple to be close to my home. I had a wonderful Thanksgiving and I am so grateful for my family to be so kind to me. I also shot a pheasant on Thanksgiving morning. It tasted amazing thanks to my grandpa's smoker. I don't think I know very many missionaries that can go hunting on their mission. I love my family and I am so grateful for them and all that they do. I had an amazing week.

I had another great week in Boise Idaho. I went to the Family History Center on Monday and I helped a few more people find their ancestors. They were extremely grateful for me to help them do this. Next on the list is the Bishop's Storehouse. I went there both days for the full time. As usual I helped people out to their cars. I am very grateful for this opportunity to help those people. I went to the cannery on Wednesday. The temple dedication was a great opportunity to see this temple be rededicated because it is my home temple. I love the temple and I am going to the temple today.

November 12, 2012

This past week I had a good time serving at the Family History Center.  On Monday, I helped someone find their ancestors that they couldn't find on their own. They were so happy that I helped them find what they were looking for. This made me feel really good and I'm looking forward to helping so many more people find their ancestors. I also served at the bishops storehouse Tuesday and Thursday. I had a fun time working with someone different than the normal person I work with. I worked at the cannery on Wednesday and had a fun time working the machine that sends the the cans from the pallets to the the line so they can be filled with food. I have never been there before. Last but not least, Friday, I got my wisdom teeth out. I have read my scriptures and prayed every morning.

Boise Idaho Temple Open House

I had a good time helping with the Temple Open House.  I directed traffic and helped people know where to go.
